Excellent Service! I called TH Fireplaces as my gas fireplace would no longer stay lit. After checking with ATCO that it was not a gas issue, we hired TH to fix the problem. Aaron from TH arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. More importantly he was very thorough and perseverant. It was not easy to diagnose what was wrong but he tried one thing after another and would not give up. In the end he solved the puzzle and was able to repair the fireplace in a way that was much simpler than what other companies had suggested they would likely need to do (he was able to clear the existing gas line rather than replace it). He went above and beyond and we so appreciate his time and effort. We will refer TH to friends and family for sure!

Twenty years ago, Timberwolf supplied and installed our fireplace, which has been trouble-free since the beginning. This year, the fan motor started to squeal.Timberwolf, now TH, came over and replaced the motor and fan. The service was prompt, neat, clean; and the technician was polite and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.Excellent service in 2003. Excellent service again in 2023.

We are very pleased with the service we received getting our gas fireplace repaired. It started with a pleasant conversation to setup an appointment that worked for my schedule. Aaron called on the day of the appointment and arrived at the scheduled time.He did a great job of diagnosing the issue and executing the repair. I recently purchased a new gas insert for my existing fireplace and had that same fireplace refaced with new tile. At the same time I bought an electric fireplace for a different space. Everyone I dealt with at TH Fireplace went out of their way to accommodate me. After the install team, Aaron and Josiah started building the unit for the electric fireplace, I changed the plan. Elsie altered their schedule so that they could work as long as required to finish that project so the tile installers, Jodi and Brian were not delayed. When all the work was completed Jason from sales came back for quality control inspection. The final invoice came only after that inspection. Their prices are definitely competitive and their workmanship is excellent.This company does their very best to ensure customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend them. Would recommend 100% I got quotes from three different companies. The first kept telling me how much experience he had and how difficult it would be to install a gas fireplace in our basement. In the end he promised to send a quote, which he never did. The second never came but had me taking pictures and measurements for days. He did eventually provide a quote but it was a couple of thousand dollars higher then TH Fireplaces. The guys from TH were awesome right from the start. They provided solutions were others only grumbled about problems and the installation guys were incredible. They were cheerful and had the fireplace installed in half a day. The city inspector arrived the next day and approved their work without a hitch. There was a broken ceramic log in the fireplace kit but TH were good on their word. They ordered a replacement and installed free of charge. We are thrilled with our new gas fireplace. Thanks!
